工作原理：
斷電時(shí)，電磁力消失，彈簧把關(guān)閉件壓在閥座上，閥門(mén)關(guān)閉。
電磁閥電磁鐵通電時(shí)，連桿被提升，帶動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，副閥打開(kāi)。
這樣下部的壓力將主閥閥杯向上推開(kāi)。主閥被打開(kāi)后，上下壓力相等，
斷電時(shí)在銜鐵自重及返回彈簧作用下，關(guān)下副閥，副閥關(guān)閉后，
由于副閥被開(kāi)啟，主閥閥杯上部的壓力流體被排出，因此主閥閥杯下部的壓力比上部*，
通電時(shí)，電磁線(xiàn)圈產(chǎn)生電磁力把關(guān)閉件從閥座上提起，閥門(mén)打開(kāi)；
閥杯在電磁力、上下壓力作用下，置于平衡狀態(tài)，閥門(mén)開(kāi)通。
隨之主閥閥杯上部的壓力升*而將主閥閥杯壓下，達(dá)到斷流密封作用，閥門(mén)關(guān)閉。
